    Out of the box one of the end pieces was broken off that you put inside the terminators. Makes the tool practically useless. Probably just got unlucky.

    Much better than the cheap ones work issues that always end up warping and bending. The reverse side works great for holding spare terminator and gives a nice finger spinner for putting them on.
