Good idea, poorly made February 9, 2019 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Virginia Beach, VA United States   The concept of this product is sound but the application is sloppy. I've had two break with minimal effort and when ever I've ordered another its shipped with something defective. Customer service is only too happy to ship the replacement part or defective unit......if you dont mind waiting another 3 weeks to a month for delivery. Excellent Service! October 26, 2015 Reviewer: Clarence Ennis from Baton Rouge, LA United States   I received my order in a timely manner, even though it was held up by a back order on one of the items.  What I liked most was that they gave me the choice to receive a partial order or wait until the backorder item came in.  I really appreciated that because it didn't hold me up in using the tools I already needed right away.  That was first-class customer-first consideration to me.
