The RoyRods line of push/pull rods is part of our Signature Series of premium tools elevating installation tools to the highest level of innovation, quality and value. The patent pending quick-connect system provides a simple and secure connection between rods and tips within the system (RoyRods connectors are not compatible with Creep-Zit threaded connector and vise versa). The RoyRods connectors snap together using a unique ramped male detent and female locking window that securely locks your rods and tips together both rotationally and longitudinally. To release, simply depress the recessed detent and rotate to release. We even include a brass finger pick for those installers who have big fingers or do not want to use their finger to release the detent. This new rod system will save you time and add convenience to each installation job.

    High quality product. Rods just snap together instead of screwing rods together. Rods are very sturdy yet still maintain flexibility. Comes with attachments for any situation you might come across.

    The Roy Rods set feels very complete. But at such a premium product and price I was disappointed to find the packaging case, the case the rods are in, what most of us would use for a carrying case was damaged but NOT the shipping/carrier outer box it was shipped in.   In other words..the PRODUCT was damaged not the shipping container. What a bummer the rods are 6 feet long, the packaging case is what I need to store and transport those rods.  I expected at that price point, for clean undamaged packaging.   Not looking like returned/overstock lack of caring from the retailer.  OH well..

    As a low voltage installer of 20 years, I have used about every single brand.  These are absolutely my favorite!   No splinters in our hands, and very flexible. Running across ceilings, or down/ across walls, we are able to cut the number of holes we cut in drywall down by 75% using these.  If there is something better, I havent found it yet and Im constantly trying new styles and brands.

    I put these rods to use the moment they arrived. They saved me a $150 electrician charge and I was able to "fish" a coax line with them along a 27 ft. open area between joists. The attachments are a great help. Had the job done and line installed in about 20 minutes. So, I did the job cheaper and still have these rods for additional jobs. Can't beat that! Rods are easy to attach and take apart - quality construction!
