It has a deep socket with a 1/2 inch drive that works great for pole hardware installation and removal. The high-torque, 12-point design is easier to position and works with square fasteners.

    I got this bit to try it out a couple of months ago. Now everybody on the crew wants to use it since that time I've bought four more of these bits. They're awesome I use 9/16 and 3/4 in all the time. They're super handy don't use on a heavy duty impact though they'll break. Even though it broke I was able to make a repair by cutting a couple pieces of tie wire to insert where the ball bearings go on the inside of the bit. Save the parts if you break it. It can be fixed.
