I am currently in the middle of pulling a lot of low voltage cable in a building that is under construction.  While I know that inside house is not what these blocks were designed for, they are saving me time!  The cable that I'm pulling ranges in size from 22/4 to CAT 6.  At first I was concerned that the smaller cable size (22/4) might be an issue for this block's roller, but none of the small cables that I've pulled have gotten trapped in the small gap between the roller and the frame.  Since I have long pulls from many wire boxes that required me to change directions a couple of times through the building, I knew that because I was going to be by myself, the change in direction was going to cause a lot of friction and be the cause of extra work.  I took scrap wire and threw it up over the bottoms of the rafters and through the top of the blocks and tied them off at strategic points.  They worked exceedingly well, without a pinch on even the smaller alarm wires.
