If you've ever had the misfortune of catching a customer's carpet on your drill bit, you know how embarrassing and costly it is. If it was Berber carpet, there were probably some tears involved. The conventional ways of pulling back or mangling a customer's carpet with a utility knife are a thing of the past.

Using any drill, the Floor-Core Tool cuts a perfect plug out of the carpet, and then with a quick twist extends a 3/8" bit for drilling through the flooring. Within seconds you have the perfect hole for your RG6, CAT5, CAT6, or other wire or cable. Best of all - no screaming customers or costly bills!

The Floor-Core Tool cuts plugs out of the carpet that are so perfect, you can use them to re-plug the hole. This can come in handy if you drilled in the wrong spot- but we know our customers would never do that.

Like everything else DFS Makes, this tool is solid. The entire tool can be easily disassembled with the included hex wrench and every part can be replaced.
