The above map represents the time it takes for packages to ship from our warehouse in Plymouth, MI, throughout the US via Fedex Ground. Fedex Ground delivers to business addresses Monday through Friday and residential addresses Tuesday through Saturday. Need your package faster? Fedex Express offers 3-day, 2-day, and Overnight options for delivery Monday through Friday.

Shipping Ticker: One of Tech Tool Supply's top goals is to get our customers their orders as fast as we possibly can. In an effort to help our customers better understand when their order will ship, we have incorporated a Shipping Ticker on our product pages. This Shipping Ticker is a countdown clock that displays the soonest we could ship your order.

Mixed Shipments: The Shipping Ticker is geared towards customers purchasing all items that are "In-Stock." Adding items showing "On Order" or items that are out of stock will delay when your order ships. Whenever Tech Tool Supply receives an order with both In Stock and Out of Stock items, we will contact you by email or phone to find a solution that best fits your needs.

On Order: Tech Tool Supply's goal is to keep a healthy inventory level on all our products. We have a dedicated team here whose sole purpose is keeping all products in stock. Periodically we experience manufacturer delays which can complicate our ability to keep everything in stock. In the event we are waiting on an item, you will see the Status displaying "On Order." This means that we currently have the item on order from our manufacturer and are anticipating its arrival. If you purchase an item displaying a status of "On Order" we will contact you with that product's estimated time arrival along with shipping options if you have other items on the order.
