I received my order in a timely manner, even though it was held up by a back order on one of the items. What I liked most was that they gave me the choice to receive a partial order or wait until the backorder item came in. I really appreciated that because it didn't hold me up in using the tools I already needed right away. That was first-class customer-first consideration to me.
The backordered item, however, did come in just as fast after they received new shipments and I didn't have to wait long at all. Thank you!
