This power converter seems to hold a steady 12 volts DC when 24 VCA is applied.
I would purchase another one for the projects I am using them for.

Converts 24 AC to 12 DC with no problem. Easy to understand wiring, detachable terminal block. Multimeter read the output voltage at precisely 12.00 VDC, which dropped to 11.97 VDC after running cable to the actual 12v device, so spot on output.
